Covid Safety Policy

  1. Please save the link or use QR code to submit your attendance after every lesson, it is very important to follow due to the government contract tracing policy.  Attendance link.
  2. Only one family member or guardian to accompanies children.
  3. Wash your hands prior entering pool facility.
  4. Follow the rules of the pool’s facility, check the signs in the building and pool area. Always inform us about any changes.
  5. Do not attend if you have Covid-19 symptoms. Please contact us immediately, get tested and forward the test result to us, otherwise we won’t be able to offer you a makeup class.
  6. Wear face mask when necessary.
  7. Use the provided hand sanitiser after arriving and before exiting pool area.
  8. Make sure hand soap and paper towels are provided.

Enviroment and Safety Policy

  1. Check Safety and remove dangerous obstacles or animals from the water and pool area.
  2. Check for correct chlorination or salt level and water quality, which must be suitable of standards. Clean and sanitize pool area frequently. Teacher can refuse lesson if the water or pool area is not suitable for swimming, and we cannot offer make up lesson.
  3. Check and set the right water temperature, that suit the participant before teacher arrives. If it’s too cold the lesson might be suspended and no make up lesson can be offered.
  4. Prepare First Aid kit.
  5. No Diving or jumping, unless teacher told so, no running around pool area.
  6. Displayed CPR signage and comply with council regulations in accordance with the Swimming Pools Act (1992).
  7. In the case of a thunderstorm or any electrical activity, lessons will be immediately suspended.
