Cancellation Policy
In case of unavailability, we offer makeup lessons that can be arranged depending on our availability.
We appreciate as much notice as you can give us but a minimum of 24 hours is required to be able to offer a makeup lesson.
When you purchase a Class Pass Pack, you are entitled to the following:
- 10 pass – 2 makeup lessons
- 5 pass – 1 makeup lesson
The 10 pass is valid for 3 months and the 5 pass is valid for 6 weeks. Makeup lessons must be arranged within these timeframes.
In case of Covid-19 symptoms, the lesson cannot be held. Please contact us immediately, get tested and forward the test result to us, otherwise, we won’t be able to offer you a makeup class.
In case of illness, we will need to be advised at least 12 hours before the lesson starts, otherwise, we cannot offer a makeup lesson.
We do not offer refunds or credits for missed lessons and intensive programs.
The Instructor has the discretion to suspend or cancel a lesson/s where a parent/participant fails to meet the terms and conditions contained herein, especially when the health and safety of the child, Instructor, or any other person are placed at risk.
If our Instructor is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen reasons, you will be contacted as soon as possible with notification that your lesson is cancelled, and we will schedule a makeup lesson.
Bad weather cancellation policy
For lessons held in an outdoor pool, they will be canceled only if there is a storm, otherwise, they will continue as normal. If the lesson is in an indoor pool, there is no cancellation due to bad weather applicable.
If our instructor is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen reasons, you will be contacted as soon as possible with notification that your lesson is canceled and we will schedule a makeup lesson.
